As a Senior Data Scientist at Tonik Bank, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our data-driven decision-making processes and delivering actionable insights from complex datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical techniques to drive business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
Assist the TF Controller in the following tasks using the Bank's ERP Maintain vendor master data in the SAP ByDe
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ability to understand the trade-offs of each algorithm
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid experience with big data technologies (e.g, Spark); knowledge of Hadoop + MapReduce type architectures a plus
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
